Terms
This website is published by Cyber Pirate Labs, LLC to explain automated software solutions to business problems: ten core offers, four related bundles and a separate custom automation consultation pathway. CPL configures, implements, tests and manages services within an agreed scope.
The website and illustrative experiences
You may read the pages and use the illustrative voice and chat walkthroughs. They use fictional businesses and sample data. They do not make calls, record audio, contact a live AI model, send inquiries to a team, create appointments, or perform customer work. A simulated team-review state represents an example next step.
Demonstration and consultation requests
The request form stores an inquiry when verification and storage are configured and the server confirms the save. Archive and notification delivery are separate steps with separate status. An inquiry does not create an account, book a meeting, start a subscription, or form a contract. Do not submit another person’s private information or sensitive customer records, payment details, passwords, or credentials.
Service scope
Voice and chat services are configured around approved business information, tone, qualification questions, routing, and escalation rules. CPL selects software, platforms and integrations around the customer's needs, existing systems and agreed scope. CPL does not claim ownership of third-party platforms, models or infrastructure.
Phone setup, transfers, recording, supported integrations, and booking behavior require an agreed scope and testing. Providing a booking link is different from creating an appointment through a connected system. Descriptions on this site do not promise universal compatibility, complete accuracy, guaranteed bookings, or a response time.
Implementation, ongoing management, pricing, usage allowances, support, timing, and data-processing arrangements are discussed separately. A reviewed customer agreement would govern any commissioned service. This website does not publish fixed service packages or prices.
Custom automation starts with discovery of the process and desired outcome. Available APIs, authorized access, technical feasibility, security, scope, budget and timeline must be assessed and approved before implementation. Custom work may require software development or integrations beyond the ten core service scopes; AI is used where appropriate. A consultation does not guarantee that any requested automation can be delivered.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the request form, attempt to read other people’s inquiries, or interfere with the site. Operator access is private.
Liability
The website and its examples explain a service and illustrate possible workflows. Until a reviewed customer agreement exists, do not rely on this draft for risk allocation or contractual commitments.
