Privacy
Cyber Pirate Labs, LLC operates this website to explain automated software solutions, including the ten core offers and separately scoped custom automation, and receive demonstration or consultation requests. The request form collects the details you choose to submit. The illustrative experiences use fictional businesses and sample information.
What the request form collects
The form asks for your name, email, and business or company name. Your phone, business website, interest in a core solution or custom consultation, and a description of what you would like help handling are optional. We use these details to handle your inquiry. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Please do not submit sensitive customer records, payment information, passwords, or access credentials. There is no account, payment, microphone access, or file upload on this website.
The site also stores a submission id, a reference id, the submission time, a hash of the network address, a shortened browser string, the source page, and the status of later delivery steps. The inquiry database does not store the raw network address.
Where an inquiry goes
A valid inquiry is saved in the Cloudflare D1 database for this website. That save is what “saved” means. A configured later step can copy it into an owner Google Sheet and Drive folder and notify the business inbox. These steps are tracked separately; a saved request does not establish that an email notification arrived.
If archive or notification delivery is not configured, its status remains pending. If configured delivery fails, the system can retry with a bounded backoff and attempt limit. The form confirms whether your request was saved and provides a direct-contact option if notification is delayed. Verification and abuse controls
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, rate limits, a hidden field that should stay empty, and same-origin checks. Verification involves Cloudflare processing the challenge and related network information. Submissions are refused when required verification or storage is unavailable. Operators can review pending delivery, retry it, export a private CSV, confirm a copy, or delete a record. There is no public list of inquiries.
Illustrative experiences and service platforms
The voice and chat walkthroughs run from locally defined fictional examples in your browser. They do not record audio, send your scenario choices as leads, or make live AI requests. Only submitting the separate request form creates a real website inquiry.
CPL chooses service platforms and integrations around each customer's needs, existing systems and agreed scope. This website does not represent a deployed customer agent or create a service-platform account. Actual conversations, connected tools, recording choices and platform data processing would be scoped separately for an implementation.
Other website processing
This website does not include advertising pixels or session replay. No sale of inquiry data or security or legal compliance certification is claimed. Cloudflare serves the site and provides its verification and storage infrastructure.
Retention and inquiry questions
The inquiry system does not implement a fixed retention period. An authorized operator can delete a stored inquiry. Deletion removes the inquiry row and retains a short deletion note containing its reference id and deletion time, without the submitted message. Copies already delivered to other systems require separate handling.
